| Zang Zhicheng was born in Wuxi in 1963. He is a senior engineer at the research level. On the eve of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, Beijing implemented National IV emission standards, and Kailong Gaoxin won the bid of the Beijing Olympic Games exhaust control project, winning an important development opportunity. Later, the first set of national 4, National 5, national 6 internal combustion engine emissions treatment system was born in Kailon, leading the industry from scratch to break the foreign monopoly.
